Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns:
• Items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required.
• Custom or personalized items, sale items, gift cards, and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products) are non-returnable.

To initiate a return, email us at info@glamcraftique.com. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted. If approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to our error.

Damages and Issues:
• Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
• Include photos of the damage for faster resolution.

Exchanges:
To exchange an item, return the original item and place a new order after your return is approved.

Refunds:
• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to post refunds.
